Dear Lorian HOA Members:

OCTOBER/NOVEMBER 2011

Your association has come a long way over the past few years. Not only do we have a reserve fund but we are adding to it on a quarterly basis. Hopefully your Board can contain expenses, avoid costly insurance deductable outlays and continue to increase our reserves in the future.

We think we have a proven team of professionals behind us with Marcy Pickering as our property manager; Roberta Peterson as our CPA and Stephanie Fanos as our legal advisor. This team will help your Board in ensuring the Lorian continues to be a top property as we maintain it in like new condition at all times.

Sadly Phase III has not panned out the way any of us wanted. Your Board is continuing to monitor the situation and has taken legal steps to protect agreements we have contractually in place with OCD or whoever the owner may be in the future.
